The invention discloses extraction of active components of Chinese chive seeds and application of the active components. The extraction comprises the following steps: removing impurities of Chinese chive seeds, washing, drying, crushing, removing oil, performing backflowing on deoiled residue powder with 75% ethanol for 2-8 hours, performing suction filtration, extracting filtrate by using petroleum ether to further remove oil, performing vacuum concentration drying on a water phase after extraction, performing freeze-drying, and crushing, thereby obtaining extract powder of active components of the Chinese chive seeds.
