The control device comprises an installation clamp plate, a support clamp plate is fixed on the edge of an upper surface of the installation clamp plate, one end of a first connecting rod is hinged on the support clamp plate, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with one end of a second connecting rod, the middle of a rod body of the first connecting rod is connected with a fifth connecting shaft which stretches vertically and downwards, the fifth connecting shaft is penetrated out of a through hole of the installation clamp plate and a through hole of a static iron core, the top surface of the static iron core abuts against the lower surface of the installation clamp plate, and the lower end of the fifth connecting shaft is fixedly connected with a mobile iron core.
