本发明公开了种CdS/MoS/Mo双层核壳结构光电极的制备方法,步骤如下:以钼网作为基底,以可溶性镉盐作为镉源,将金属镉沉积在钼网上,将沉积好的钼网置于硫化氢气氛中进行硫化,即得到CdS/MoS/Mo双层核壳结构光电极。本发明制备的CdS/MoS/Mo双层核壳结构光电极的光电转化效率高,有较大的应用前景。经实验研究发现CdS/MoS2/Mo双层核壳结构光电极光电化学产氢性能,在光电化学测试中光电流超过三毫安,在主要吸光区域光电转化效率接近20%,性能优于传统FTO玻璃上制备的硫化镉电极。 The invention discloses a preparation method of a CdS...

The invention discloses a preparation method of a CdS/MoS2/Mo double-layer core-shell structure photoelectrode. The method comprises the following steps of taking a molybdenum net as a substrate, taking soluble cadmium salt as a cadmium source, depositing metal cadmium on the molybdenum net, putting the deposited molybdenum net in hydrogen sulfide atmosphere, and vulcanizing to obtain the CdS/MoS2/Mo double-layer core-shell structure photoelectrode.
