Summary:The invention provides a drilling process and a drilling tool for a connecting hole of a corner box of a crane. A to-be-process corner box of the crane is arranged on a lifting platform, a drill plate is driven by a drill plate lifting device to lift up, the to-be-process corner box is positioned through a locating cone matched with an inner hole of the corner box and a positioning block leaning against two end surfaces, then the drill plate is lifted down to compress the corner box of the crane, and finally, the feeding depth is controlled by the drill plate and drilling is finished in grade. Compared with a conventional process of successively drilling after a mound layer and a compression bolt are fastened, the drilling quality and the drilling efficiency of the connecting hole are obviously improved. 本发明提供种起重机角箱连接孔钻削工艺及钻削工装,将待加工起重机角箱设置在升降平台上,通过钻模板升降装置驱动钻模板升起,通过与角箱内孔相匹配的定位锥以及与两垂直端面相抵触的定位块进行定位,再将钻模板降下对起重机角箱进行压紧,最后通过钻模板控制进给深度并分级完成钻孔,相比传统的压条和压紧螺栓紧固后依次钻削的工艺,连接孔的钻削质量和钻削效率均显著提高。
