The invention relates to a lactation promoting composition, a lactation promoting feed premix composition, as well as a lactation promoting feed and a preparation method thereof. The lactation promoting composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-6 parts of a lactation promoting agent and 0.4-2.5 parts of an immunocompetence agent, wherein raw materials of the lactation promoting agent are selected from one or more of linseeds, papayas and brown sugar; and raw materials of the immunocompetence agent are selected from one or more of radix astragali and fresh ginger.
