This injection needle assembly includes: a needle shaft; a needle hub holding the needle shaft; a protector; a biasing member; and a restricting mechanism. After the protector moves from a first position to a second position and further moves from the second position to the first position, the restricting mechanism restricts the protector from again moving from the first position to the second position. The biasing member is disposed more toward the needle-tip side of the needle shaft in the axial direction than the restricting mechanism. 注射针组装体具备针管、保持针管的针座、保护件、弹压部件、和限制机构。限制机构在保护件从第1位置移动到第2位置、进而从第2位置移动到第1位置后，限制保护件再次从第1位置向第2位置移动。另外，弹压部件与限制机构相比配置在针管的轴向上的针尖侧。
