The invention provides a locking device of a subway protecting and flooding-preventing sealing door. The locking device comprises a rocker, a limit seat and a motor, wherein the limit seat is fixedly connected with the outer side of the door frame of the subway protecting and flooding-preventing sealing door, the rocker is hinged to the limit seat through a rotary shaft, the motor drives the rotary shaft to rotate, and one end of the rocker extends to the inner side of the door frame of the subway protecting and flooding-preventing sealing door. The locking device has the advantages that the motor is used to drive the rotary shaft and the rocker to rotate, and the rotation of the rocker includes two states; in one rotation state, the rocker completely rotates out of the door frame range of the subway protecting and flooding-preventing sealing door, and the descending or ascending of the door leaf of the subway protecting and flooding-preventing sealing door cannot be affected by the rocker; in the other rotat
