Abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of biological fermentation and discloses complete equipment for producing xylitol and arabinose by directly utilizing a microbiological fermentation method. Corncob hydrolysate is adopted as a starting material, a high-tolerance yeast is taken as a carrier, and culture transformation is carried out through a primary seed culture fermentation tank and a secondary seed culture fermentation tank; xylose is transformed into xylitol under the conditions that the temperature is 36 DEG C and the pressure is 0.02MPa; and meanwhile, mannose, galactose and glucose in the hydrolysate are transformed into a biological oxidation-reduction enzyme and only -CHO in the xylose is catalyzed and transformed into -CH3OH. Effective transformation is carried out on all components of the corncob hydrolysate, industrial technology upgrading is carried out on a traditional product process, the obtaining mode of a rare sugar product is changed, the utilization rate of hydrolyzed components
