Corncob hydrolysate is adopted as a starting material, a high-tolerance yeast is taken as a carrier, and culture transformation is carried out through a primary seed culture fermentation tank and a secondary seed culture fermentation tank; xylose is transformed into xylitol under the conditions that the temperature is 36 DEG C and the pressure is 0.02MPa; and meanwhile, mannose, galactose and glucose in the hydrolysate are transformed into a biological oxidation-reduction enzyme and only -CHO in the xylose is catalyzed and transformed into -CH3OH.
