The injection molding mold comprises a fixed template (100), a movable template (200), a mold cavity (300) and an in-mold online quality sensor (400), wherein the in-mold online quality sensor (400) comprises a sensor main body and a connecting wire; insulating layers are arranged on surfaces, except a surface which is in contact with the mold cavity, of the sensor main body; two poles of a detection capacitor are formed by the sensor main body and a mold core of a fixed mold; one end of the connecting wire is connected with the sensor main body and the other end of the connecting wire is connected with a power supply and is used for charging the detection capacitor; or the other end of the connecting wire is connected with a computer and is used for transmitting a voltage signal of the detection capacitor in a whole injection molding period to the computer.
