Summary: | The invention relates to a method for high-temperature dephosphorization in a converter. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, scrap steel and molten iron are poured into the converter; secondly, a cold pressing ball containing ferric oxide is added into the converter, then oxygen blowing smelting is conducted, the strength of top-blowing oxygen is 3.0-3.4 m /t.min, and meanwhile molten steel is stirred through bottom blowing gas; thirdly, when the components and the temperature of the molten steel meet the requirements, oxygen blowing smelting is stopped, the flow of the bottom blowing gas is controlled between 0.08-0.1 m /t.min after oxygen blowing, and bottom blowing stirring is conducted for 3-7 min, and steel tapping is prepared; fourthly, the molten steel is injected into a ladle from a steel tapping outlet of the converter for steel tapping, a ladle slag modifying agent and active lime are added into the molten steel in the steel tapping process, and deep dephosphorization is conducted |
