The invention relates to a preparation method for a PHB-wrapped fulvic acid fertilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparation of the seed liquid of cellulase-producing streptomyces; 2) crushing, digestion and fermentation of branches of fruit trees; 3) preparation of a fulvic acid-containing viscous fluid; and 4) fertilizer compounding and wrapping of the fertilizer with PHB. According to the preparation method, biodegradable PHB is used for coating biochemical fulvic acid, so the problem of easy hardening of a fulvic acid fertilizer is effectively overcome, convenience in usage of the biochemical fulvic acid fertilizer is greatly improved, and the method has great application value. 本发明涉及种PHB包裹黄腐酸肥料的制备方法，包括如下步骤：1)产纤维素酶链霉菌种子液的制备；2)果树枝条粉碎、浸煮、发酵；3)含黄腐酸粘稠液制备；4)肥料的复混及PHB对肥料的包裹。本工艺利用可生物降解PHB对生化黄腐酸进行包裹，有效解决黄腐酸肥料易板结问题，极大增强生化黄腐酸肥料使用便利性，具有重大应用价值。
