Summary: | The invention relates to a gangue-based shotcrete material for the shotcrete support in a coal mine tunnel. Local material allocation in the coal mine tunnel is conveniently conducted, and local materials are directly used. The material is composed of cement, sand, coal gangue, water and fast coagulant, wherein the weight ratio of cement, sand and coal gangue is 1: (0-2): (0-4), the requirements of coal mine tunnel support performance can be met by adjusting the proportion of each component and the gradation of coal gangue particle size. The gangue-based shotcrete material is applied to shotcrete support for underground coal mine tunnels, is high in strength and low in rebound rate, capable of reducing the discharge of coal gangue and the support cost by substituting gravel aggregate, and has important economic and engineering value.
