The invention discloses an impeller feeder used for producing gomuti palm powder. The impeller feeder comprises a base, a feeder body, blades and a motor. A fixing shell is mounted at the top end of the base, and the feeder body is mounted in the middle of the fixing shell. The motor is mounted at one side of the feeder body. A transmission shaft is mounted at the output end of the motor and transversely penetrates through the feeder body. A drive shaft is mounted in the position, between the motor and the feeder body, of the transmission shaft. An impeller body is mounted in the position, inside the feeder body, of the transmission shaft, and the blades are uniformly mounted on the impeller body. A discharging pipe is arranged at the bottom of the feeder body. According to the impeller feeder provided by the invention, by arranging the base, the bottom contact area of the bottom of the feeder is increased, accordingly shaking generated during working of the feeder is reduced, and the stability of the feeder
