Summary:The invention discloses a fruit fresh-keeping agent prepared from a glycyrrhiza glabra extractive. The fresh-keeping agent comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 0.5-2 parts of glycyrrhiza glabra extractive, 8-15 parts of fennel extract, 3-8 parts of starch, 1-3 parts of salt, 0.5-1 part of vitamin C, 10-15 parts of ethanol, 2-4 parts of baking soda, 0.5-1 part of capsaicin, 1-3 parts of konjac gum, 1-3 parts of candelilla wax, and ozone of 0.1-0.15 ppm.
