The invention provides a conducting structure and a touch control panel including the same. The conducting structure comprises a conductive oxide layer and a dielectric oxide layer, wherein the dielectric oxide layer is arranged on the conductive oxide layer; and entire square resistance (R) of the conductive oxide layer and the dielectric oxide layer meets a relation that R is greater than or equal to 105 Ohm/square and less than or equal to 135 Ohm/square. The conducting structure can reduce coupling capacitance between leads and can prevent lead short-out. 本发明提供种导电结构及包含该导电结构的触控面板。种导电结构包含导电氧化层以及介电氧化层。介电氧化层设置于导电氧化层上。导电氧化层与介电氧化层的整体方阻R满足105欧姆/方≤R≤135欧姆/方。本发明提供的导电结构既可降低导线之间的耦合电容，还可防止与导线短路。
