The invention discloses a liquid transfer device. The liquid transfer device comprises an air inlet device and a liquid outlet device. One end of the air inlet tube is connected to a nitrogen bottle or an inert gas bottle. The other end of the air inlet tube is connected to the gas outlet syringe needle. The liquid outlet device comprises a liquid outlet syringe needle and a liquid outlet tube. The liquid outlet tube is a U-shaped tube. The middle of the liquid outlet tube is provided with a second switch. One end of the U-shaped tube is connected to the liquid outlet syringe needle.
