Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of nanomaterial preparation and biological medicine and particularly relates to a manganous-manganic oxide-lactalbumin (Mn3O4-LA) nanosphere and preparation and an application thereof. The Mn3O4-LA nanosphere is prepared through self-assembly of oleic acid-modified hydrophobic Mn3O4 nanoparticles and alpha-LA after enzyme hydrolysis and DTT treatment through hydrophobic interaction, wherein the mean dimension is 120-140nm, the surface is negatively charged and the dispersity in a water phase is good. The obtained Mn3O4-LA nanosphere has a nuclear magnetic imaging function, is capable of loading hydrophobic and/or hydrophilic drug molecules, and can be used for preparing a diagnosis and treatment agent integrating nuclear magnetic imaging diagnosis and drug transportation.
