Summary: | The invention provides a net rack planning method for distributed power supply under different permeability values. The method is mainly composed of two parts, namely an upper-layer planning process and a lower-layer planning process. During the upper-layer planning process, the economic planning operation is conducted. During the lower-layer planning process, the output planning operation of the distributed power supply is conducted.
