The invention discloses a method for improving the extraction completeness of a walnut kernel oil body. The method comprises the following extraction processes: breaking walnut kernels; soaking and grinding the walnut kernels; centrifuging and separating a walnut paste solution, and the like, wherein in the kernel breaking operation, mechanical damage to the walnut kernels is avoided. The method comprises the following specific steps: soaking collected walnut kernels by using deionized water; then adding the walnut kernels into a grinding beater filled with a Tris-HCl buffer solution, and carrying out beating and filtering treatment; finally, centrifugally treating the walnut paste solution by using a centrifugal machine; standing, collecting the walnut kernel oil body and finishing the whole extraction process of the walnut kernel oil body.
