Summary: | The invention discloses a timing synchronization method for a forward/reverse-rotation engine. The timing synchronization method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out clockwise or anticlockwise coding on each tooth in a sparse-dense tooth disc of the engine to obtain a tooth coding rule of the sparse-dense tooth disc during forward/reverse rotation; (2) acquiring a tooth signal of the sparse-dense tooth disc during rotation through a crankshaft signal sensor, processing the acquired signal to a square-wave signal and then inputting the square-wave signal to an ECU, then carrying out logical analysis to obtain a tooth coding rule of the sparse-dense tooth disc, and judging a rotation state of the sparse-dense tooth disc through comparison with the tooth coding rule during the forward/reverse rotation in the step (1); and (3) determining a timing reference tooth of the sparse-dense tooth disc during the forward/reverse rotation on the basis of judging that the sparse-dense tooth disc is during forward |
