Summary:The invention discloses a high-plasticity magnesium alloy sheet and a machining method thereof. The high-plasticity magnesium alloy sheet is composed of the raw materials of, in percentage by mass, 0.5-1% of commercially pure tin, 0.5-5% of commercially pure aluminum and the balance commercially pure magnesium and inevitable impurities; and a solid solution is formed in alloy, and no second phase is output. The magnesium alloy formed through the high-plasticity magnesium alloy sheet machining method is completely solid solution, and no second phase exists; the prepared sheet has high forming performance, in other words, the sheet has a low r value and a high cup-drawing EI value; and meanwhile grains are quite tiny, and strength is improved. 本发明公开了种高塑性镁合金板材及其加工方法,本发明的高塑性镁合金板材,其原料组分及质量百分含量为:工业纯锡:0.5~1%;工业纯铝:0.5%~5%;其余为工业纯镁和不可避免的杂质;合金内形成固溶体,无第二相出。通过本发明的高塑性镁合金板材的加工方法所形成的镁合金为完全固溶体,无第二相存在;所制备的板材具有高成形性能,即具备低r值,高杯突EI值,同时晶粒非常细小,强度得到提高。
