Summary: | The invention discloses a Ti-contained steel smelting method. All raw materials are prepared to Ti-contained steel by burdening, EAF furnace rough refining, AOD furnace fine refining and LF furnace fine refining; and the AOD furnace fine refining comprises the steps of: steel mixing, oxygen blowing, decarbonization and denitrification earlier stage, oxygen blowing, decarbonization and denitrification later stage, reduction, final slag production and component adjustment. Through increment of initial carbon content and prolonging of the decarbonization time, the N solubility is reduced, and the N content in AOD furnace tapping molten steel is reduced; the reduction procedure is improved; the content of B type inclusions using aluminum oxide as typical components in the AOD furnace tapping molten steel is reduced; the subsequent Ti element adding loss is reduced; the Ti utilization rate is increased; and the Ti steep tapping quality is improved.
