The invention discloses a baked ginger leonurus tea and a preparation method thereof. The baked ginger leonurus tea contains the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of baked ginger, 20-30 parts of leonurus, 10-15 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 5-7 parts of fennel, 10-15 parts of lindera aggregata, 20-30 parts of water and 15-20 parts of honey. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) respectively breaking baked ginger, leonurus, bighead atractylodes rhizome, fennel and lindera aggregata into powder; 2) putting the powder acquired in the step 1) into a reaction kettle and fully and uniformly stirring; 3) fully and uniformly stirring water and honey into hydromel; 4) adding the hydromel into the reaction kettle, stirring, acquiring a mixed sizing agent and standing by for 1-4 hours; 5) introducing the mixed sizing agent into a pelletizer and pelletizing, thereby acquiring the baked ginger leonurus tea. The baked ginger leonurus tea has a better effect of treating uter
