The invention discloses a method for fitting GPS positioning on a hand-drawn map and a guide map, which fill the blank that the hand-drawn map cannot realize GPS positioning in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: defining the position nodes on the hand-drawn map; collecting the GPS position information corresponding to each position node, storing the GPS positional information in an address database; counting the route distance information between any two nodes of adjacent positions on the hand-drawn map, and storing the route distance information into a distance database; defining a first position node and a second position node; identifying the GPS information of the current position and the destination position; and fitting an optimal route from the first position node to the second position node by combining with the route distance information in the distance database.
