The invention provides a filler cap which can prevent the phenomenon that a vehicle is started without installation of a filler cap. The filler cap (100) is provided with a limiting component (19) which restrains the movement of a locking part to a locking position under the condition that the filler cap is not installed on a filler pipe (P). The limiting component (19) can prevent a core body (2) from rotating to the locking position allowing a key (K) to be pulled out. Thus, only when the filler cap (100) is installed on the filler pipe (P) and the core body (2) is rotated to the locking position can the key (K) be pulled out. 本发明提供种注口盖，其能够防止不安装注口盖就发动车辆。注口盖(100)设置有限制部件(19)，该限制部件在注口盖未装配于注入管(P)的状态下限制锁定部件向锁定位置移动，利用限制部件(19)阻止芯体(2)向能够拔出钥匙(K)的锁定位置旋转。由此只有将注口盖(100)安装于注入管(P)并将芯体(2)旋转到锁定位置，才能拔出钥匙(K)。
