Summary: | The invention provides a base-course material in which waste lime/fly ash bound macadam is stabilized by utilizing multiple inorganic curing agents. The base-course material is prepared from 60 to 100 parts of the waste lime/fly ash bound macadam, 2 to 5 parts of composite portland cement, 9 to 15 parts of slaked lime and 9 to 13 parts of water. The problems that a waste lime/fly ash bound macadam regenerated mixture is low in strength and high in shrinkage rate in the prior are solved.
