An air pressure gauge is arranged at an air outlet of an air compressor; a cooler and a heat exchanger are arranged on an air outlet pipeline of the air compressor; an air outlet of the air outlet pipeline of the air compressor is connected with an air inlet of the membrane separator; a detection unit for detecting nitrogen information in the membrane separator is connected with the air outlet of the membrane separator; a branch outlet of the membrane separator is communicated with a branch inlet of the air compressor via a pipeline provided with a regulation unit; the detection unit transmits the detection information to a control unit; and after analytical calculation of the control unit, the control unit controls the regulation unit to supply a corresponding amount of nitrogen into the air compressor to prepare the high-purity nitrogen.
