The invention discloses a device used for processing the rotating speed of a reactor coolant pump. The device comprises a signal preprocessing module and a data logic circuit module, wherein the signal preprocessing module comprises a pulse triggering circuit, and the pulse triggering circuit is used for converting a received sensor signal into a square signal; and the data logic circuit module comprises a counter module, and the counter module is used for receiving the square signal output by the pulse triggering circuit and counting time intervals of the square signal.
