Summary: | The invention provides a diesel-engine vibration isolation system modal-analysis method of considering thermal expansion of a smoke exhaust pipe. Experiment is statically loaded through a vibration isolator, a rigidity test is carried out, and the rigidity of the vibration isolator in load bearing is obtained according to a rigidity hysteresis loop of the vibration isolator; then a three-dimensional model, in which the smoke exhaust pipe is considered, of a vibration isolation system is established; the constraint rigidity is corrected through correlation analysis for the modal experiment and modal calculation of the vibration isolation system; the vertical rigidity of the smoke exhaust pipe is determined; and a value range of the radial rigidity of the smoke exhaust pipe is estimated and obtained, and modal parameters are calculated.
