The invention discloses an aqueous ink composition for a decorative sheet, a printed item, and a laminate for a decorative sheet. The aqueous ink composition for a decorative sheet can be printed without any disturbance of the printed portion caused by friction with the guide rollers or the like during printing, and also exhibits good permeability following immersion in an adhesive (impregnating solution) during post processing, and good adhesion to substrates following thermocompression bonding.
