The machine comprises a rack, a vibrating unit, a sequencing arranging unit and a collecting unit, wherein the vibrating unit comprises a vibrating base, and a storing chamber which is positioned on the vibrating base; the vibrating base is driven through a vibrator; a feeding port and a discharging port are formed in the storing chamber; an overflowing baffle plate on which an overflowing mechanism is arranged is mounted at the discharging port; a separating baffle plate is arranged in the storing chamber, and the separating baffle plate is controlled through a separating cylinder and can be inserted in and drawn from the bottom part of the storing chamber.
