Summary:The invention relates to a high-molecular compound composition and specifically relates to a polyvinyl alcohol optical film. The preparation materials of the optical film include a polyvinyl alcohol polymer, water, a plasticizer, a surfactant and an antioxidant. 1 square centimeter of membrane piece is taken from an optional position of the optical film, wherein the maximum content difference of the water, plasticizer, surfactant and antioxidant is below 1.2%. The stretching uniformity of the optical film according to the scheme is high. A polaroid produced by adopting the optical film has few spots. The invention also provides a method for preparing the optical film. The preparation mode of the method is simple. The performance of the prepared polyvinyl alcohol optical film is excellent. 本发明涉及种高分子化合物的组合物,具体涉及种聚乙烯醇系光学膜,所述光学膜的制备原料包括聚乙烯醇系聚合物、水、增塑剂、表面活性剂和抗氧剂,在光学膜的任意位置取1平方厘米的膜片,其中水、增塑剂、表面活性剂和抗氧剂的最大含量差小于1.2%。方案的光学膜的拉伸均匀性好,而且采用该光学膜生产的偏光片色斑极少。本发明还提供种制备上述光学膜的方法,该方法的制备方式简单,制备得到的聚乙烯醇系光学膜的性能优异。
