The device is characterized in that a distillation flask is connected in series between a first distillation pipe and a water-phase distillation container, wherein a sieve plate is arranged at the bottom of the distillation flask, sieve pores are uniformly distributed in the sieve plate, the sieve plate is fixedly connected with the distillation flask, a distillate reflux extension tube is connected to the lower end of a first siphon in a sleeving manner, and the distillate reflux extension tube leads into the water-phase distillation container after penetrating through a center hole of the sieve plate.
