The fluorescent dye molecule provided by the invention is shown by the formula I in the specification. The compound is a D-pi-A-pi-D type conjugated compound using aryl nitrogen as a donor (D) and using alpha-beta-unsaturated ketone as an acceptor (A). The acceptor unit has the tautomeric equilibrium structure of the enol form and the diketone form in different polarity environments (shown as the formula III), so that the system conjugation degree change is caused; the compound luminescent property change is caused, so that the formula I has good polarity sensitivity. The fluorescent dye molecule provided by the invention has great fluorescent property differences in different polar solvents; the cell imaging experiments show that the obvious biological polarity sensitivity is realized; the dynamic change of the polarity in the cells can be tracked on the basis.
