In the aminophenol structure, the amino is positioned at ortho-position, meta-position or para-position of phenolic hydroxyl group; R1 is alkyl with the carbon atom number of not more than 10, naphthenic base, alkoxy and aryl; R2 is alkyl with the carbon atom number of less than 10, naphthenic base, aryl and alkoxy; R3 is alkyl with the carbon atom number of less than 10, naphthenic base, aryl and alkoxy. The amino-phenol phosphate ligand disclosed by the invention is a multi-site phosphate ligand.
