The invention relates to the field of deep recovering of waste heat of an air compressor, and provides a deep recovering and utilizing system for the waste heat of the air compressor. The deep recovering and utilizing system comprises the air compressor and the waste heat deep recovering and utilizing system. A waste heat source device of the air compressor and the waste heat deep recovering and utilizing system are in bi-directional connection. The waste heat deep recovering and utilizing system comprises a waste heat taking device, an absorbing type heat pump and an auxiliary heat exchanger. Heat of the waste heat source device is taken out through the waste heat taking device and is converted into high-temperature waste heat water, under a refrigerating working condition, waste heat water is introduced into the absorbing type heat pump and serves as a drive heat source of the absorbing type heat pump to make cold water, and the low-temperature side of the auxiliary heat exchanger outputs domestic hot water
