The invention discloses an energy storage board capable of rapidly replacing a phase change medium, which comprises a shell, a thermal insulation layer, an energy storage layer and a shell cover; the shell is a cuboid box with an opening in one surface, and the shell cover corresponds to the opening of the shell; the bottom of the shell is sequentially provided with the thermal insulation layer and the energy storage layer, a phase change material is arranged in the energy storage layer, and the shell cover is mounted on the opening of the shell in a buckling manner. The shell cover of the energy storage board can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, thereby conveniently replacing the phase change material in the energy storage layer; and besides, a storage quantity of the phase change material is large and can meet the requirements of different reasons. The board is filled with a heat storage phase change material in winter, which is replaced with a cold accumulation phase change material in summer, t
