The invention provides an epoxy resin-based composite material. The epoxy resin-based composite material is characterized in that the composite material comprises fiber-reinforced fabrics and an epoxy resin material, wherein the epoxy resin material comprises epoxy resin, a curing agent and carbon fluoride. The invention also provides a preparation method of the epoxy resin-based composite material. The method comprises the following steps: dispersing the carbon fluoride in the curing agent, and mixing the obtained curing agent with the epoxy resin to obtain an epoxy resin material; and coating one side of the first layer fiber-reinforced fabric with the epoxy resin material, sequentially covering the epoxy resin material coated side of the first layer fiber-reinforced fabric with the remaining layers of the fiber-reinforced fabrics, a release cloth and a flow guiding net, carrying out vacuum pumping, introducing the epoxy resin material to the fiber-reinforced fabrics, and solidifying the obtained material t
