Summary: | The present invention discloses a purely natural plant-derived feed additive improving pork quality. The feed additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12 parts of radix codonopsis, 12 parts of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, 9 parts of poria cocos, 9 parts of licorice, 9 parts of rhizoma pinelliae, 9 parts of dried tangerine peels, 9 parts of semen raphani, 9 parts of haws, 9 parts of malts, 6 parts of fructus amomi and 3 parts of radix aucklandiae. Experiments show that effects of the purely natural plant-derived feed additive improving the pork quality in different pig breeds on various nutrient factors contained in pork are superior to other groups, thus the feed additive can remarkably improve nutritional quality of the pork and improve nutritional value of pork consumption.
本发明公开了种改善猪肉品质的纯天然植物源性饲料添加剂,包括如下重量组分:党参12份、白术12份、茯苓9份、甘草9份、半夏9份、陈皮9份、莱菔子9份、山楂9份、麦芽9份、砂仁6份、木香3份。通过实验表明,本发明所确定的改善猪肉品质的纯天然植物源性饲料添加剂在不同的猪种中对猪肉含有的各种营养因子的影响均明显优于其他组。因此,本发明能够显著改善猪肉的营养品质,提高猪肉食用的营养价值。 |
