The silicon-containing organic light-emitting material contains the following components in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of polysiloxane, 20-30 parts of methylsilicone oil, 3-7 parts of lithium carbonate, 10-15 parts of calcium carbonate, 2-4 parts of cerium oxide, 6-10 parts of organic modified silicate, 200-400 parts of glycol, 40-60 parts of citric acid and 800-1000 parts of deionized water. The organic light-emitting material prepared by virtue of the preparation method has relatively high light-emitting efficiency and relatively good phase uniformity. The prepared organic light-emitting material is high in yield, low in production cost, high in purity and applicable to large-scale industrial production and use, and the steps are simple.
