Summary: | The invention discloses a method of using infrared spectrometry to measure content of -NCO in polyurethane. Measurement of -NCO content in a polyurethane sample is completed simply and quickly through direct-drip-in measurement. The whole process is not that complex as KBr tableting, drip-in measurement can directly analyze a thick product, and difficulty in cleaning due to the fact that a solvent need to be added to dilute the sample when a sealing tank is used is avoided; an optical path gasket is not needed, so that the problems of leakage and interference fringe are avoided. Analysis can be performed at any time, multiple optical paths are available for selecting, and samples different in concentration range can be analyzed. The method is high in accuracy and precision and low in detection limit, and a simple and an effectively method for detecting the content of trace-NCO in polyurethane samples is provided.
