Summary: | The invention relates to a bioremediation technology of pollutants in an oxidation state, and aims to provide a method for enriching chromate reducing biological flora through methane oxidation coupling and application. The method comprises the following steps: inoculating a hollow fiber membrane bioreactor with an initial bacterial source, then adding CrO4<2-> into an inorganic culture medium, introducing the inorganic culture medium into the hollow fiber membrane bioreactor, continuously operating for 15-20 days, and thereafter enriching the biological flora capable of reducing chromate. The finally obtained biological flora is high in efficiency of biologically reducing the chromate, and can biologically reduce 3 mg/L of hexavalent chromium by 95% within the half retention time of 130 min. by the method, the type of the chromate reducing biological flora playing a leading role is determined to be deinococcus (meiothermus), and the type of the chromate reducing biological flora is enriched; and the greenhou |
