The invention discloses a wear-resisting polypropylene (PP) composite material and a preparation method thereof. The wear-resisting PP composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 90 parts of polypropylene, 3 to 15 parts of compatibilization flexibilizer, 1 to 10 parts of inorganic nanomaterial, 0.1 to 5 parts of lubricant and 0.2 to 1 part of antioxidant. The composite material disclosed by the invention not only has excellent wear resistance, but also takes good high strength and creep resistance into consideration. 本发明公开了种耐磨PP复合材料及其制备方法，该耐磨PP复合材料是由以下重量份的原料组成；聚丙烯60-90份；增容增韧剂3-15份；无机纳米材料1-10份；润滑剂0.1-5份；抗氧剂0.2-1份，本发明复合材料不仅耐磨性能佳，而且兼顾良好的高强度、抗蠕变性能。
