In the present invention, an in-vehicle terminal transmits speech to a relay server as a voice signal, and the relay server is provided with: a voice recognition unit for converting the received voice signal into a character string; and a control unit for retrieving information stored in a main database or in a temporary storage database using the character string, transmitting the retrieval result to the in-vehicle terminal, and storing the retrieval result in the temporary storage database when information stored in the main database is retrieved.
