The problem of gravity limitation caused by cantilevers and hollow structures of a workpiece design project is solved. The working platform double-turning 3D printer structurally comprises a fixing frame, a working platform, a parallel rod movable nozzle, stepping motors and a synchronous belt. The working platform tilts through a platform turning motor X and a platform turning motor Y. According to the 3D printer, workpiece cantilevers and cavity hook face printed products are printed through tilting of the printer base platform and movement of the nozzle of a 3D printer main body without supports, hollow polyhedrons and multi-layer honeycomb structure workpieces can be directly printed through the 3D printer, and thus the printing efficiency is improved.
