The invention discloses a non-metal plane laser cutting device. The device comprises a direct drive motor platform, a laser generating component used for generating a laser beam, a beam expanding component used for expanding the diameter of the laser beam and reducing the divergence angle of the laser beam, a beam combining component used for emitting a red light beam and combining the red light beam with the laser beam expanded by the beam expanding component into a combined beam, a reflector base component used for adjusting the processing position and angle of the combined beam, a light guiding arm transmission component used for transmitting the combined beam adjusted by the reflector base component, and a precision cutting component which is driven by the direct drive motor platform to use the combined beam to cut the to-be-cut materials.
