This changeover valve is provided with: a valve body (5) for closing an opening formed at a changeover location on an exhaust flow path; a fastening part (3) for rotatably fastening the valve body; a first upraised portion (46) upraised from either the exhaust flow path or the fastening part; a cushion part (8); a second upraised portion (66) upraised from the valve body; and an energizing part (7) for energizing the valve body.
