Summary:The invention relates to a method of a new type for producing new fiber-reinforced profile materials, which are filled with a rigid foam core, in particular a PMI foam core. The invention relates in particular to a method of a new type that can be performed in different variants with an especially high throughput and high variability in respect of the shaping. In one step, a complex fiber-reinforced profile material is continuously produced and simultaneously filled with the rigid-foam core. Furthermore, very good bonding of the rigid foam core to the fiber-reinforced profile material is ensured in the same step.
