Abstract The invention discloses a high-polymer adsorbing material for separating and purifying a vitamin B12 from fermentation liquid, and relates to the technical field of biological medicine extraction. A preparing method of the high-polymer adsorbing material includes the following steps of (1) macroporous adsorption resin preparing; (2) macroporous adsorption resin pretreating; (3) macroporous adsorption resin modifying.
